About Us

John and Lindsay opened 6 Forks in 2021 through a shared passion for cooking and hosting.  John is a Chef by trade and has an extensive background in cooking and operations. He has operated top restaurants in the industry as well as creating and operating his own concepts. Lindsay also has an extensive background in the operational side of the restaurant industry as well as a passion for design and event organization. Together they hope to bring you an experience with warm hospitality, excellent curated dishes, and attention to detail to elevate all your events.

Lindsay too has a restaurant background and a passion for hospitality. Design has always been a love for Lindsay from designing the restaurant that she and John had, to owning a consulting company, she loves beauty. In this new adventure, she will meld her love for design, hospitality, and nature into the gift that is 6 Forks: Catering + Events.

6 Forks is the name we came up with that stands for the 6 people in our family. John, Lindsay, and our four children. The fork represents a big part of what we do, which is food. Our goal is providing more than great food, but an experience. Using the connection between food and emotion, we are hoping to tell a story, one that you will retell in your mind or to a friend.
